Risk-Free System installations carry the 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the workmanship or the manufacturer-specified performance of a system we designed and installed, we make it right — and if we can't, we remove the system and refund 100% of your money, plus any interest you've paid on the agreement. It's written, it's dated, and it's attached to your proposal as its own line item.

Everything else is guaranteed workmanship. Repairs, tune-ups, and service calls come with upfront pricing, a test-first process, and our written commitment: if the work isn't right, we come back and make it right.

The money-back guarantee is also separate from your warranties. Installations carry their own equipment and labor warranties — up to 10 years on labor — spelled out on your proposal, and they keep protecting you long after the guarantee's first year ends.

The money-back guarantee applies to our Risk-Free Systems: residential installations designed by us and installed exactly to our design.

That starts before the quote. Our estimator or project manager performs a site survey with a Manual J heat-load calculation and a customer survey, so the system is sized and selected for your actual home. When a system goes in to that design, we know how it will perform — which is why we can put a money-back guarantee on it.

A few honest exceptions:

• If you change the design, the guarantee comes off. Some homeowners ask us to skip part of the scope — say, a ductwork upgrade the load calculation calls for. We can often still do the job, but we can't guarantee your satisfaction with a system that isn't built to our spec. We'll tell you that plainly before you sign anything.
• Commercial projects are usually engineered and specced by someone else before we arrive, so they're quoted without the money-back guarantee — our workmanship guarantee still applies.
• Rental and investment properties typically don't allow the full survey-and-design process, so they're quoted without it as well.

If the guarantee is on your proposal, you qualify. If it isn't, ask us why — the answer will be one of the three above.

This is the same language that appears on qualifying proposals. No paraphrasing, no surprises.

If you're not happy, we're not happy. If within one year of the invoice date from the completion date of your installation you are not completely satisfied with the workmanship and manufacturer's specified performance of the system we installed, we will make modifications to our installation as necessary to achieve your happiness. (Within the equipment specified limitations and sales Agreement work scope. Efficiency and/or model upgrades or brand changes are not included).

If we are unable to satisfy your concerns, we will remove the system within thirty (30) days of your written request and refund 100% of your money so that you may purchase a new system from another contractor of your choice. Should we fail to meet or exceed your expectations or those promised by us, we will buy back your system plus any interest paid for the term listed on the Agreement. Your original system, when removed, will be recycled and is not available to be reinstalled should you decide to invoke this guarantee.

This guarantee only applies to our "Risk-Free Systems" and is contingent upon the following:

• The customer must allow our estimator or project manager to perform a site survey, complete with a Manual J heat load calculation, and a customer survey to ensure proper system sizing and selection.
• The customer understands the manufacturer limitations of the unit being installed.
• Customer must afford the company every opportunity to remedy the complaint when notified. The company shall be allowed three opportunities for corrective action.
• This guarantee excludes work performed by third parties and existing improper duct design, whether known or unknown, seen or unseen.

This guarantee is valid for one year from the invoice date.

Most companies guarantee their work with an adjective. We guarantee it with a process. When every install is calculated, measured, tested, and verified before we leave, a written money-back guarantee stops being a risk for us — and becomes one less risk for you.
